Andrew Saxton joined Veber Partners with over 15 years experience in the high tech industry, including Defense, Industrial and Consumer technology. He has worked for Fortune 500 public companies and VC-funded startups specializing in corporate development, product development, market analysis and marketing. Andrew also served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross – Oregon Chapter, and on the Executive, Governance, and Special Events committees.
Prior to joining Veber, Andrew held a variety of leadership roles within FLIR systems including Business Development, M&A, Marketing and Engineering, and bring extensive experience in the selection and acquisition of add-on businesses. He participated in numerous domestic and international acquisitions between $2-400 Million, and led several of the post-acquisition integrations.
After FLIR, Andrew served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for DroneComplier, a VC-funded startup focused on airspace management and regulatory compliance for commercial UAV operations. He also served as a strategic advisor to Radio Hill Technologies and Flex Force Technologies, small Portland-based defense businesses with advanced proprietary products in emerging market segments.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
