Rodger Adams
Rodger Adams specializes in corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate finance, and merchant banking. He has served as both an advisor and a principal in structuring and negotiating leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations and corporate restructurings. His industry scope is well diversified with concentration on manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, forest products and airlines.
Mr. Adams was with PacifiCorp Financial Services in Portland and New York City for seven years, and was a Managing Director of merchant banking and commercial finance when he left to join Veber Partners in 1994. Earlier, he was with Security Pacific Bank/Oregon Bank in international and commercial banking. Rodger began his professional career as an instructor and research advisor at the University of Oregon and the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology. He has also been a land-use planner.
Rodger serves on the boards of CRU DataPort, CrossCurrent, and Northwest Polymers. Mr. Adams has served as a Trustee of the Lutheran Family Service Foundation, on the Board of International Composites Corporation, Pony Lumber, and the Board of Directors of Associated Oregon Industries.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Humboldt State University, and a Masters degree in Geography from the University of Oregon. Rodger earned an MBA from the University of Oregon where he was a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar. He holds a Series 7 and Series 63 securities registration with FINRA (formerly the NASD).
